COURSE OUTLINE
This session consists of the following:
Panel Discussion on Scars, Adhesions, Fascia & Biotensegrity by Jand Trewartha, Esther de Ru, John Sharkey & Dr Danny Pillay
Fascia - The Dark Matter of our Inner Universe by John Sharkey
Part I John will present essential fascia and tensegrity science supported by 21 st century anatomy providing the foundations for a paradigm shift concerning therapeutic interventions for soft tissue insults, pain and changes in sensations. This essential knowledge will inform the practitioner concerning appropriate, effective and safe palpation and assessment protocols that are patient specific based on conscious aligning of their true sense of self and purpose.
Part II as an essential aspect of this unique educational programme learners will benefit from a pre-recorded manual therapy session where John will focus on developing your digital palpation skills as the foundation of effective manual therapy. A major benefit to learners is that you can watch the recording as often as you wish so there is no sense of pressure to get it right first time around. Rewind, pause, replay, focus in and learn at your own individual pace.
